veteran restaurateur of over 30 years, Peter Tsialiamanis opened
Giorgio's Bistro in Hollywood, Florida in 1999. He envisioned the
restaurant as the embodiment of great food in a relaxed beautiful
waterfront environment. The two restaurants to the south of Giorgio’s
Bakery & Bistro are also under the same ownership which creates
a cozy village environment. Giorgio’s Grill and Taverna Opa
bring a different flavor to the village but at the same time compliment
Giorgio's Bistro.
